J.D. Hadley started working for the Halton Company in 1965. After a two-year tour of duty in the U.S. Army, he returned to Halton as a mechanic, and then went into contract administration for the reconditioning of 216 Army bulldozers and engines. Next he worked as a Parts and Service Representative for six years. In 1976 was promoted to Machine Sales. J.D. especially enjoys helping customers develop and expand their business to become more stable and, most importantly, profitable.

Brian Hanson has been with the Halton Company since 1995. He has served a diverse number of role starting in Used Parts, moving to New Parts, and then to the Dalles Store. In the Dalles Brian first began working with the Service Department as a Service Advisor and then moved out to the field as a Product Support & Service Representative. Brian is excited about his new role , and is ready to serve his customers with his knowledge.

Chris Harbeson has been with the Halton Company since 1989. He began his journey here as an apprentice in one of our shops, and then moved on to Used Parts. Next he became a Parts and Service Sales Rep, and then a CSA Manager. Later he became the Parts and Service Sales Manager. Chris has been the recipient of Caterpillar Masters and Masters Elite Awards for Product Support. He has also acted as the Dealer Champion for Caterpillar Work Tools. Chris is currently an Industry Consultant for Aggregate and Paving. In his spare time, he enjoys house boating on Lake Shasta.
Steve Ryan

Steve Ryan has been with the Halton Company since 1995. At Halton he has worked in a variety of customer service areas including; Field Service, Truck Shop, and the Commercial Engine Division. For the last six years Steve has worked as a Parts and Service Sales Rep, until he recently when moved into his new role as an Aggregate and Paving Industry Consultant. Customers will benefit from Steve's in-depth knowledge and outside of the box approach to their Sales, Rental, and Service needs. Steve enjoys outdoor sports and watching college football (Go Ducks!) with family and friends.
