Donnie joined the Halton Team in 2002. He started in the Rental Division shop, then moved into other roles within Rental, and finally spending the last 4 years serving as a Halton Rental Sales Representative. Donnie is enjoying his current role as an Excavation Industry Consultant, where he is using his knowledge and background to meet his customer's needs.

Dave began his career with the Halton Company in 1969, in the Service Department. From there he moved to work as a Product Support Representative, a Heavy Equipment Sales Representative, then to manage Used Equipment and manage Sales. For the last 15 years Dave has enjoyed his favorite position so far, which is working directly with his customers as a Sales Representative. As an Excavation Industry Consultant, Dave serve his customers with his in-depth knowledge and understanding of what it takes to be successful in this business.
Dave and his wife Susie are loving their "Grand Parent" status, spending time in Long Beach, and driving the "51" Chevy convertible whenever possible.
Brian Dooney

Brian began his career path with the Halton Company in 1986. Over the years he has worked in a number of different roles including; Parts Warehouse Worker, Floor Sales Coordinator, Parts and Service Representative, and in 1994 he became a Sales Representative. Brian is now a Excavation Industry Consultant where his knowledge and experience allows him to give his customer's the support they demand.
Harry Larsen

Harry has been with the Halton Company for over 30 years. He started his career in the Parts Department in April of 1978. Since then Harry has spent 25 years in the field providing Parts and Service for Heavy and Agricultural Equipment. He has been the Rental Rep for 5 counties east of the Cascades, and for the last three years he has also been selling Agricultural Equipment. Harry and his wife Mary Jo have been married for 30 years and have two children, Richard and Stephanie.
Burl Redman

Burl has been in the heavy equipment industry since 1988. He started with Case. At Halton he has been a leader as he has moved through the company . He started here as the Supervisor for our New Machine Set-up Shop, then moved on to became a Product Support Representative (earning the Masters Certificate Award), a Branch Manager (where he graduated from the first Caterpillar Flagship Class), and finally went on to sell Compact Construction Equipment.
Burl's vast amount of experience and knowledge in this industry provides him with an excellent foundation to serve him customers from, as an Excavation Industry Consultant.
